Boozy Blueberry-Lemon Hand Pies
Traditional oven
- Keep frozen.
- Unwrap and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Put glaze packet off to the side.
- Pre heat oven to 425°.
- Bake 22-25 min or until golden brown.
- Cool and top with your glaze.
- Enjoy!
Air fryer
- Keep frozen.
- Unwrap and place in the fryer basket.
- 11-15 min on high.
- Check around 8 min.
- Should be golden brown.
Grill
- Keep pie on the top rack in the grill.
- Or use low heat on the main rack.
One of our most popular pies! This pie was created for a friend who loved another variation of this pie. I, of course, had to kick it up a notch… or two. Baked with wild blueberries, lemon zest, cream, and a beautiful rosé wine from Chateau Saint Croix this pie is always a crowd-pleaser.
