The State Fair Story
I applied in April of 2015 thinking maybe in five years I might get in. And in less than six weeks I was the newest vendor for the Minnesota State Fair! I heard we even broke the record for getting in the quickest. My amazing team plus a few more we hired worked very hard to make 15,000 pies in just six short weeks. The whole process was amazing! While at the fair, we made amazing new vendor friends and I gained a whole new respect for the State Fair and all their hard working vendors. My booth was run by dedicated friends and family. I can't thank them enough!! Since getting in i've been moved three times! This new spot is our forever home!! It's amazing and has a walk in FREEER!
We sure have a great time! I can't tell you how much it meant to me to have such amazing customers come visit us and send their family and friends my way! Even the bus drivers Scott and Brian sent their riders to have some pie. So now this adds another new twist to my pie journey. Whoever thought I'd say I'm a vendor at the Minnesota State Fair!?
