Irish Whiskey Pecan Hand Pies
Traditional oven
- Keep frozen.
- Unwrap and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Put glaze packet off to the side.
- Pre heat oven to 425°.
- Bake 22-25 min or until golden brown.
- Cool and top with your glaze.
- Enjoy!
Air fryer
- Keep frozen.
- Unwrap and place in the fryer basket.
- 11-15 min on high.
- Check around 8 min.
- Should be golden brown.
Grill
- Keep pie on the top rack in the grill.
- Or use low heat on the main rack.
It's hard to go wrong with pecan pie. Especially ours, since it’s really loaded with pecans, has a touch of locally made Dubliner's Irish Whiskey, isn't overly sweet, and is encrusted in our amazing flaky crust. A total winner!
